These terms and conditions (polices) below apply to all your purchases from GREENBOXiT Australia. They can contain very important information about your legal rights and obligations, including legal limitations and exclusions that apply to you. By accepting delivery of any product delivered from GREENBOXiT ("GREENBOXiT Australia"), you ("Customer / Consumer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and GREENBOXiT Australia agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and GREENBOXiT Australia. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from GREENBOXiT Australia.
Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
What is our return Policy?
We do not normally give refund / exchange if you:
- Simply change your mind, or
- Make wrong decision, or
- already knew of a particular fault, or
- the goods are damaged after the purchase, or
- no proof of purchase is offered
We do provide refund / exchange / credit / repair where goods:
- Are faulty
- Have been wrong described
- Do not do what they are supposed to
- Have been sent to you were different as what you ordered
How do I request / notify an Refund, Return & or Warranty Claim?
Simply give us an email or a call and our staff will give you the information you needed.
Please note if the product is NO FAULT FOUND for any warranty claim, a service fee up to $50 with extra shipping charge will be applied; and inspection / rejection fee at related authorized service centre also may be applied.
How can I be eligible for Refund, Return or Warranty Claim?
To be eligible for a refund, return or warranty claim, consumers must meet the following requirements:
? report the details of the fault and take the goods back to GREENBOXiT as soon as possible
?state what remedy you would like
?provide proof of purchase when returning the goods
?be sure that you did not cause the fault
?stop using the faulty item
?make sure you care for the goods while in possession.
?not affected by being used in an abnormal way. Such a use may be noted in the warranty as rendering it void, or it may be a use that you wouldn't reasonably expect the product to perform
?not disposed of, lost or destroyed. In other words, there needs to be proof that the product has failed
?not reduced in value by delay on the customer's part. Customers should bring faults to GREENBOXiT's attention soon after they occur.
GREENBOXiT keeps the rights to reject the refund, return or warranty claims if consumers:
?change their mind about a product. This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods
?affected by being used in an abnormal way. Such a use may be noted in the warranty as rendering it void, or it may be a use that you wouldn't reasonably expect the product to perform
?are unable to provide the proof of purchase.
?are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions, or misusing the product.
Restocking products
In some circumstances, we are happy to offer our consumers with the conditional courtesy return if consumers want to exchange the incorrect purchased products.
?Consumers notice GREENBOXiT within the first 7 days after received the products.
?The products are not opened, used and still in the pristine condition.
?Minimum restocking fee will be 20% of the purchase price.
?GREENBOXiT may reject the return after inspected the condition of the products, and return to the consumers at their expenses.
How do I receive my refund?
Any refund will be given to the consumer in the same payment method that the consumer used to purchase the item. For example, consumers cannot ask cash refund if they did not pay cash. Customer paid with BPAY and direct deposit will be refunded through cheque. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
In some circumstances a consumer may only be entitled to a partial refund, for example, where the fault was not brought to the attention of the trader within a reasonable amount of time after the fault was discovered.
If the consumer has already had a reasonable amount of use from the goods, there may only be a partial refund.
Returning goods to GREENBOXiT
GREENBOXiT do not take the response for any damage or lost in transit when customer sends the product back to us for warranty or return, and also the warranty may void if the product is damaged in transit. So please pay attention when packing the product and sending it back to us.
For the RTB (return to base) warranty claims, consumers are required to send the unit back to GREENBOXiT or the authorized service centre with the proof of purchase and the detailed fault description. GREENBOXiT suggests consumers to use our online RA (return authorization) system to get the more information about the warranty procedure and get the convenience online tracking for the warranty update.
For the manufacturer pickup warranty claims, consumers are recommended to contact the manufacturer's technical support to lodge the warranty claims and get the pickup and delivery service. Please note, GREENBOXiT do not provide the pickup service on the behalf of the manufacturer.
Special Orders, Clearance, Discontinued Items, Free products, Software and Consumable Products
GREENBOXiT do not accept the return or exchange if consumers
?simply change their mind
?or made wrong decision
?or no longer required with the changed circumstances
?or found cheaper somewhere else
?or the goods are damaged after purchase
Also for the clearance, discontinued, or free product, it may comes with a limited warranty compared with the standard warranty. Please read the product description or contact us for more details.
Warranties
Before any warranty claim, consumers are requested to make sure the product is:
?not affected by being used in an abnormal way. Such a use may be noted in the warranty as rendering it void, or it may be a use that you wouldn't reasonably expect the product to perform
?not disposed of, lost or destroyed. In other words, there needs to be proof that the product has failed
?not reduced in value by delay on the customer's part. Customers should bring faults to your attention soon after they occur.
GREENBOXiT is not a manufacturer or authorized service centre, it's recommended that you can contact the manufacturer's technical support for any troubleshooting or tech support before you send the product back to us for warranty claim, most of these supports are free and will provide you a manufacturer tech support case number which may be required and speed up the warranty procedure.
GREENBOXiT keep the rights to apply the service fee for any warranty claims to cover all our costs if the returned product is not covered by warranty, such as no fault found or physical damaged, or cannot provide the proof of purchase.
GREENBOXiT is happy to help the consumers to go through the warranty procedures by following the manufacturers' instructions. Some manufacturers provide the onsite or pickup and delivery services, such as the warranty services for notebooks and LCD monitors, consumers are recommended to contact the manufacturers' technical support directly for the fast turnaround and the cost saving shipping method. Following the privacy policy, sometime GREENBOXiT cannot do all the warranty procedure on customer's behalf, such as to log a warranty job with the manufacturer with providing the consumer's name, phone number and address.
GREENBOXiT provides an online RA (return authorization) Service for all the warranty and return claims.
?The RA procedure may vary from different manufacturers or suppliers, so we do not enable to provide an accurate assessment of how long this procedure will take for a particular product.
? Log into your online user account. (You must proof you are the authorized person to access the customer's information)
?Fill the online RA request form. (SKU number can be found on your invoice number).
?Write a bit more about the fault description or reason for return. ("product faulty" or "don't work" is not a good fault description for the warranty claim)
?Once the RA request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number, which is the reference number to return it to us and track down the procedure.
?You will receive an email notice every time your online job is updated.
?You can view your RA Status by clicking Job/RA Inbox in My Accounts page.
?You can contact us through the online job / ticket if you want to get any updates about your return.
Ordering Policy
Shop Front Pick Up and Order Policy
We are purely an online store only and therefore function differently from a traditional retail store
The following Policy is applied to help us help you.
?All orders are to be placed online only
?If required, you may use the front desk terminal to place an order on our site
?An administration fee of $5.00 will be applied if you require assistance
?Ordering in our offices does not guarantee you will receive your order on the spot
?All pick ups can only be collected once we have processed your order and have sent you a verification email or phone call stating that your order is ready for pick up
COLLECTION OF ALL ORDERS IS BETWEEN 10:00AM - 5:30PM WEEKDAYS & 10:00AM - 2:00PM SATUREDAY UNLESS OTHERWISE ORGANISED WITH STAFF
Backorders (Pre-Orders)
When backorder occurs is when we don't have the product in stock and will need to order it from our suppliers. This procedure generally takes 1 - 14 days for the stock to arrive at our warehouse. Usually when backorders occurs we will notify you the estimated time of arrival (ETA) by email or phone.
Order Modify / Cancellation
Please note, modifying an order may incur a re-stocking fee up to 20%. Please contact us ASAP if you need to modify an order or have ordered the wrong product. If you cancel an order and goods have already been allocated to your order then a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply so please choose carefully.
No modification of orders (changing items) can occur after 4 hours of the order having been approved by GREENBOXiT sales staff, unless the item is on a lengthy back order.

Shipping Policy
Delivery & Return Policy
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the GREENBOXiT Australia invoice and before you place your order online.
Please note that customers are responsible for all freight charges for re-deliveries, incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.
Items unavailable (no stock)
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be part shipped upon request. Please check our web site for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your product(s) will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
Your account will be charged for the entire order, so that GREENBOXiT can reserve the product and price for you. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel that portion of the order, and request an immediate credit
Risk of Loss
GREENBOXiT Australia will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. GREENBOXiT Australia reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow GREENBOXiT Australia to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit GREENBOXiT Australia to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. GREENBOXiT Australia will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but GREENBOXiT Australia will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Orders: An order is not binding upon GREENBOXiT Australia until it is accepted & approved by GREENBOXiT Australia; GREENBOXiT Australia must receive payment before it will accept, approve & process an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment & back orders (pre-order).

Credit Card Fee: We have NO Credit Card Fee on VISA and Master Cards. For American Express Cards and Diners Club we have a 3% Credit Card fee.

Please note orders have not been paid or process within 10 days will be automatically cancelled.
GREENBOXiT Credit Card Confirmation
As part of our verification process we will be charging a small amount randomly under $2 during the process of verifying your order. The amount will be refunded immediately on the same day. We will be contacting you via Telephone or email to confirm the amount charged to verify you are the owner of the credit card. Once the amount is approved your order will be processed.
Please note: GREENBOXiT reports all attempted credit card fraud immediately to Australian Federal Police (www.afp.gov.au)
Flexirent Orders
All Flexirent customers are required to submit a 10% non-refundable deposit once order is placed (can be done by Direct Debit only), this payment will be refunded immediately once Flexirent has approved payment into our account. The processing of your order will not commence until this deposit is received.
Once an order has been placed in our online system with a valid Flexirent number it can be modified or cancelled up until the point all required Flexirent paperwork has been filled out and returned to us (any orders with an invalid approval number will be cancelled immediately, orders cancelled after paper work has been filled out will result in loss of deposit). Once the paperwork has been completed and checked goods will be ordered and allocated to the order as quickly as possible, order will be dispatched once all goods have been allocated and serial numbers recorded and deposit will be refunded back into your account.

Price Protection
Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and correct pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price and that price are subject to change in some circumstances. These circumstances can occur when stock runs out of a particular product, or when specials ends etc.
We are unable to make a price adjustment after an order has been shipped. However, if you notify GREENBOXiT Australia prior to the shipment of your order, we would be happy to make the price adjustment for you. Please note, that maybe misprints and human errors,

If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, GREENBOXiT shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.

GREENBOXiT.com.au does not accept any responsibility for errors made by companies such as MyShopping, StaticIce etc who retrieve data from our site and list it on their own. It is the end users responsibility to ensure that what they are ordering is correct. Other Policy
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between GREENBOXiT Australia and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales or as defined by the Fair Trading Act, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, and equity or otherwise, against GREENBOXiT Australia that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice
Limitation of Liability
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES GREENBOXiT Australia MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. GREENBOXiT Australia SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNIFY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. GREENBOXiT Australia SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT GREENBOXiT Australia IS APPRIASED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
